DELIVERY

We know how important it is for your card to arrive safely and on time. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and we offer a choice of Royal Mail delivery services.

DISPATCH

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or during the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday.

This excludes Bank Holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.

Please remember that dispatch time and delivery times are separate. Royal Mail delivery times are estimates unless you select a guaranteed delivery service.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard Delivery is sent using Royal Mail First Class post. Orders over £10 are upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Royal Mail aims to deliver First Class mail the next working day, including Saturdays. However, this is a delivery aim and is not guaranteed.

Please allow additional time during busy periods or if Royal Mail is experiencing delays in your area.
