These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Jennifer Noelle Design website or purchase products from us.
Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

PRODUCTS
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
As colours can appear differently depending on your screen or device, there may be slight differences between the colour shown on screen and the finished product.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Our products can be personalised with information such as names, ages, dates and relationships.
Please check all personalisation carefully before placing your order. We will produce your item using the information you provide.
If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet made your item, we will do our best to amend it.
Personalised or made to order products cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or we have made an error.
PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the products in your order in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
You are responsible for checking that the products, personalisation and delivery information entered with your order are correct.
After placing your order, you will receive confirmation electronically.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).
The total price of your order, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
